Nirvana Restaurant Review
Nirvana offers an extensive selection of classic Indian chicken,
lamb, beef, seafood
and vegetarian dishes.
I was surprised for being there on a Saturday night, and it was almost
empty, except
the fact that there was a party of 30 people going on.
It's always fun to go with a group so you can share, but for the single
dinner Nirvana
offers both a vegetarian and with meat combination dinner.

Nirvana's biggest shortcoming is its atmosphere. The reliable cooking, decent-size
portions but the prices are very spicy… but the place is attractive. Whether you
are
a fan of Indian food or a neophyte, Nirvana should curry your favor.
There is a nice bar, and they serve a good Mojito!
The average dinner price for 3 people including drinks
is about US$ 200.00 plus
gratuities.
These are the appetizers we shared:
Grilled Scallops,
Scallops spiced with Herbs and served with a rep pepper sauce. Crab Masala Crab
cooked with tomato, onion, garlic & mint. Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ground Chicken
breast marinated with fresh mint. Stuffed Mushroom Crispy mushroom filled with cheese
& coriander served with tomato salsa

The appetizer portions are not big, but tasty!
These are the main course:
Smoked Lobster,
Charbroiled lobster tail marinated in herbs.
Served with greens and potatoes.

The dinner was good, except that the Lamb was extremely spicy…
The
dessert was good!
For dessert we shared:
Mango Napolean,
Mango slices with yogurt cream in a carmalized
filo pastry topped with mango sauce
and Pistachio Ice Cream.
Mango Napolean
Pistachio Ice Cream
Bottom line: The service was good, clean and hospitable.
There's a lot for vegetarians, but the price was too expensive for us.
I will keep exploring other restaurants
for you
and keep you posted!
