Chef Demos
Some of Santa Monica’s finest Chef’s will dazzle
Taste goers with culinary demonstrations throughout the day.
The program of demonstrations are developed to wow the crowd, and to give novice gastronomes basic
instruction so they can try recreating the menus at home. “We have some tantalizing presentations and
charismatic chefs slated for the Demo Stage. I advise all home-chefs to bring their notepads and cameras.
We’re having a lot of fun putting the event together and expect the crowd will enjoy the show.” states Kathryn
Dodson, President and CEO of the Chamber.
Music
If cooking demonstrations are not your style, the food and music, will more than sooth the soul. ROUTE 66 will
get your toes tappin’ as their cool jazz, rockin’ blues, R&B, and classic rock repertoire will fill the air as you enjoy
fabulous taste treats from the most recognized restaurants in Santa Monica.
