Hotel Lobby
Café Bel-Air– Located at the Luxe Hotel on Sunset Blvd. This is a trendy and
cozy restaurant, with a nice bar, outdoor patio and a charming dining area,
which is also a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a casual encounter.

Mojito & Champagne
Our Server Jose
This restaurant offers occasionally brilliant dishes with much attention to detail
from the chef. We were extremely excited about their menu, and got very lucky because Chef Smith sent us an amazing selection of great dishes, and now I
know why the restaurant was so busy.
Spicy Ahi Tartar with Scallions, Red Pepper, Coconut Milk and Taro Chips
We started with a Spicy Ahi Tartar, with sashimi grade ahi, scallions, red pepper, coconut milk and taro chips, but Chef Smith sent us her version of Tuna
Tartar in 3 ways, which were simply delicious. You must try to
experience the taste of this appetizer.
Vegetarian Pot Stickers
Tortilla Soup
Then we got the fried vegetarian pot stickers with plum ginger sauce, delicious and very crispy, I love this one, then Chef Smith sent us a sampler of a delicious Tortilla Soup, followed by the Chilled Shrimp Martini, that was also awesome!

But you can’t miss the surprise portion of the most amazing Parmesan Potatoes
Fries, this was the best fries of my life, very crispy and the taste was superb.

The salad we choose was very good and healthy, the Roasted Beet, Grapefruit, Toasted Honey Walnut and Goat Cheese Salad, light and very tasty.
Roasted Beet Salad with Honey Walnuts
For our main courses, we had 3 dishes, per our waiter’s suggestion; in fact,
I must mention that the service was fast and very attentive.
Lemon Fettuccini Aragosta
We started with the Lemon Fettuccini Aragosta, this fabulous entrée can be
share in 2 people, was served hot and with lots of Lobster and Shrimp
with fresh herbs and cream.
Seared Salmon with Roasted Beets, Mustard Mash Potatoes and Vegetables
Then I got the seared Salmon with Roasted Beets, Mustard Mash Potatoes and Vegetables,
drizzled with White Truffle Oil, that is the best Salmon I’ve ever had,
and the last dish was the champion, The Grilled Filet Mignon served with
home cut fries, haricot vert, grilled tomato and horseradish cream.

To end our unforgettable meal, Chef Smith surprised us with an amazing selection
of 3 desserts: Cappuccino Mouse, Tiramisu, and Cheesecake, they all were
artistically prepared and deliciously done, and we certainly
could not ask for better.
