Churrascaria (Tchu-ras-ka-ria) which means "house of barbecue", is a tradition for more than three centuries in Brazil. The original and unique way of roasting meat conserved the characteristic taste of each portion leaving the cuts full of it's
natural juices and flavors. The Brazilian festive tradition comes to life in the
amazing SAMBA Restaurant, as diners will enjoy a vast selection of
roasted meats carved at your table along with a variety of Brazilian
Hot dishes. They also offer one of the best and freshest salad bar
in the country. If you want to have a great time, I guarantee
you that this is the place to go.

Samba has the interior that will impress you, starting from the Bar, they offer amazing combination of drinks, but the most famous and delicious is the Caipirinha, you must try this one! This is a summer drink to appreciate before eating. It is simple to make, they use, sugar, ice, lime and made with the Brazilian sugarcane liquor; Cachaca,
also known as Aguardente, is a spirit distilled from sugarcane. It is one of the
most popular drinks in Brazil, and we all loved it. They also offer a la carte
items appetizers such as the fried mushrooms, what a great choice.

You simply turn your wood sign that is on you table to green and prepare to be swarmed by a troop of carvers generously serving various cuts of sizzling Angus
beef, lamb, pork, picanha, turkey, chicken, and Brazilian sausage. On top of this, These delicious cuts are slowly roasted over an open flame and if you wish, they
also can serve you the best crab legs, in town which we were tempted to order
and that simply added an extra excitement to our fabulous meal.

My epicurean pursuit of happiness has brought me to some of the finest restaurants and most opulent buffets, but none shall measure up to the sense of satisfaction I
felt at Samba, my first Brazilian churrascaria. With service, feasting, and an
ambience as such, it is more than fine dining...it is Samba de Brazil. It's here
that you'll also be treated nonstop with the "All You Can Eat
Authentic Brazilian Buffet."
Dessert Selections
So the next time you're in the mood for both authentic Brazilian barbeque and fun entertainment, drop by at Samba. You'll be glad that you did! And while it may
not have been heaven, it's what I hope heaven to be.
