Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance Slated for May 1
Car Enthusiasts from all over the World will gather at this Classic Event
Beverly Hills, CA – Now in its 7th year, the City of Beverly Hills and the Friends of Greystone are pleased to announce the annual
Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance, to be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Greystone Mansion & Gardens:
The Doheny Estate. Known as one of Southern California’s premier car events, Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance is an all
marque concours for vintage and classic automobiles and motorcycles manufactured prior to 1974. Over a dozen classes will
capture the best in marques like Ferrari, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and others.
Tickets are limited and available for $125 online at
www.beverlyhills.org/concourstkts. Exhibitor, vendor and sponsor applications
are also available at this site. Exhibitor applications are being accepted until March 1. Exhibitors will receive two
tickets to the event.
The all-inclusive ticket price gives you up-close viewing of distinct automobiles and motorcycles rarely seen by the public;
unlimited gourmet food, beverages and adult libations; free off-site parking and shuttle service; a commemorative
program book and event poster; a rare opportunity to see the inside of the Greystone mansion where it becomes a shopper’s
delight and marketplace with luxury goods such as automotive fine art, jewelry, fashions, vintage posters and more;
lectures and book signings in the living room of the mansion. The event supports Friends of Greystone, a non-profit 501 c (3),
volunteer-based organization whose mission is to raise funds to restore and preserve Doheny Greystone Estate.
“This event has become a favorite among car enthusiasts who are passionate about their cars, but is also attracts architectural lovers
who enjoy the history of Greystone mansion and look to support Friends of Greystone in their preservation and restoration of
the 1927 estate,” said Cindy Brynan, Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance Event Director. “The historic Greystone mansion
and estate is a nationally registered historic landmark and one of a few located in Southern California. What better way to
enjoy a display of over 150 world class automobiles and motorcycles while being in this enchanting setting,” said Brynan.
Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance is produced by the City of Beverly Hills Community Services Department in partnership
with the Friends of Greystone and its sponsors.

Greystone Mansion & Gardens: The Doheny Estate encompasses a 46,000 square foot mansion and formal gardens on 18.5 manicured acres.
Built in 1927 by the Doheny family, Greystone estate was purchased by the City of Beverly Hills in 1965 and the grounds
are open daily to the public. Group or private tours of the mansion are seasonal. The venue is available for private,
corporate and non-profit event rental.
