LOS ANGELES, CA (November 2, 2006) – It’s turkey time again and
this year’s Thanksgiving feast of flavors at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza is
not to be missed. Gather the family on Thursday, November 23rd and enjoy fall’s
bounty from 12pm – 5pm in Breeze restaurant. Executive Chef Manfred Lassahn specially
designed the Thanksgiving Buffet menu to include an array of traditional and seasonally
inspired delicacies. And, this holiday marks the Century Plaza’s 36 years of serving
its famous bread pudding, a traditional delight for diners of all ages. Guests enjoy
indoor and outdoor garden seating (weather depending) and champagne, perfect for
toasting the time honored tradition of giving thanks to family and friends. The
Thanksgiving Buffet costs $55 per adult; $45 per senior adult ages 65 and older;
$25 for children, ages five through twelve, plus tax and gratuity. For children
ages four and younger, the Thanksgiving Buffet is complimentary!

The Hyatt Regency Century Plaza’s Thanksgiving Buffet menu includes: a Seafood Jumble
of Fresh Shucked Blue Point Oysters; Lemon-Lime Marinated Shrimp; House Smoked Salmon
with Capers; Fresh Lemon; Red Onion; Chopped Egg; Cream Cheese and Bagels. A selection
of salads: Chef’s Collection of “Ingredient Inspired” Salads; Ripened Seasonal Fruit;
Cheese and Artisan Breads; House-Made Flavored Spreads and Brie Encased Puff Pastries
and Chef’s traditional recipe of Butternut Squash Chowder with Flame Roasted Corn,
Potatoes and Bell Peppers. Hot Entrées and Interactive Stations serve Fresh Herb-Rubbed
and Oven Roasted Turkey with Sage and Sherried Cider Giblet Gravy; Garlic and Herb
Encrusted Carved Prime Rib of Beef and Lobster, Chicken and Wild Mushroom Ravioli.
Traditional holiday trimmings include: Cornbread Stuffing with Pearl Onion and Washington
Apple; Oven Roasted Garlic Smashed Potato; Butter-Brushed Harvest Vegetable Medley;
Hearth Roasted Autumn Squash and Scalloped Corn Casserole with Buttered-Breadcrumb
Crust. For the sweet tooth, the Pastry Chef ’s Sweet Inspirations will delight all
